These may include Supabase for backend, storage, and analytics-related processing, RevenueCat for subscriptions and purchase-related services, Apple for App Store, billing, and platform functions, Expo and related SDK services used to build or operate the app, and Web3Forms for website contact form submissions. These providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

We may retain collected data until it is deleted, no longer needed for operational purposes, or removed in response to a valid deletion request. Local data stored on your device may remain there until you delete the app or clear the relevant data.

• You can stop using the app at any time.
• You can delete the app to remove locally stored data on your device.

• If account features are available in your build, you can contact us to request account or stored data deletion assistance.

1. End User License Agreement

WordGuesser is licensed, not sold, to you. Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple's usage rules.

2. Allowed Use

You may use WordGuesser for personal entertainment and normal gameplay, including custom word packs you create for your own group.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app except where law allows it.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where that restriction is not legally permitted.
• Use the app in a way that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, or intended to disrupt the service.

4. User Content

If you create custom words, prompts, or similar content, you remain responsible for that content and for making sure you have the right to use it. Do not use illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

5. Purchases And Platform Terms

If WordGuesser offers premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, those transactions may be handled by Apple and subject to Apple's billing, refund, and platform rules.

6. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordGuesser is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, WordGuesser.

8. Termination

This license ends automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. You may also stop using the app and delete it at any time.

9. Governing Terms

Where Apple's Standard EULA applies, it is incorporated by reference and will govern to the extent required. If there is a conflict between this page and mandatory Apple platform terms, the Apple platform terms control.
